Hay fever (medically known as Allergic rhinitis) is caused by plant pollen, chemicals and dust particles. These airborne substances bring about hay fever amongst those who are allergic. Its main symptoms include sneezing, runny nose and itchy nose. There are a wide variety of ways to treat the symptoms of hay fever, but the most effective way is to avoid exposure to the particles that are causing the reaction.
