Pneumonia
Pneumonia is an illness marked by the inflammation of the lungs. It has many causes, including bacterial, viral, fungal, or parasitological infection, exposure to chemicals or by physical injury. It is a leading cause of fatality amongst the elderly and those with suppressed immune systems. Symptoms include yellow phlegm, cold sweats, fever, chest pain, vomiting and coughing up blood. There are vaccines for certain types of pneumonia.
